This "small editorial issue" was actually ISSUE-96, for which there has been a heated debate at f2f2. Eventually, it was decided to rename this property to

  owl2:propertyDisjointWith

Note that there is no "Object" in the name, since there won't be "typed" vocabulary anymore in OWL 2.
