Re: ORTC logo - donated by Hookflash

I certainly understand the desire to have a flag, but I think it is likely
to reinforce the incorrect message that this is something that competes
with WebRTC 1.0.

I think the ORTC logo should be a derivative of the existing WebRTC logo.
