The plan sounds excellent! I have a couple of comments, though

I think we do not have to wait until end of June to release the "core"
model, which has been largely discussed already. We could release it quite
earlier, and then tackle each of the other modules sequentially until June
(actually ones are more mature than others, maybe not all of them will be
ready for June)

> July - September:  first versions of implemented APIs, validators
(syntactic and checking some usual ontolex mistakes through SPARQL
construct etc.)
> September - December: putting model online at W3C (see my other email on
this) and disseminating at conferences, through webinars etc.

I would proceed the other way around. For me the natural way is first to
put the models online, second to develop APIs and implementations based on
them (...and finally disseminating at conferences, webinars, etc). Actually
I would put the modules online as soon as they are final, without waiting
until all the modules are wrapped up. This is one of the advantages of our
modular approach ;-)
