Meeting Notes:

1) Resolve Errata #303

Agreement to accept the Errata and work on the exact wording for the updated text.

2) Minimal ODRL

There are 3 requirements:
 - Policy MUST have one uid property value to identify the Policy.
 - Policy MUST have at least one property (which has a range of a subclass of Rule).
- Rule MUST have one action property value of type Action.
This will inform the ODRL Profile Best Practices report

3) ODRL Formal Semantics

Potential to develop an ODRL Community Group Report to capture these outcomes as well as similar work from others.
