Indeed, the text belongs to a "Creative Commons" license, conceived for works. But if we check the CC0 license, more suitable for databases, it speak in terms of "Rights and Related Rights", being the "database rights" one of such related rights. "... entertainment in dumb show..." --> Maybe we should talk about "intellectual" property works and "non intellectual" works...
