What I find interesting is that CC defines a Work to include "... compilation of data to the extent it is protected as a copyrightable work...". So, if in Europe, there is a distinct difference between "database rights" and "copy rights", then applying a CC license to a dataset may not "legally" work?? Another (funny) think about CC Work is that it includes "... entertainment in dumb show..." in it's definition...I suppose that is to allow for all the new television reality shows ;-) Cheers...
