Hi Felix,

is the URI of the its-xliff namespace "http://www.w3.org/ns/its-xliff/" or "http://www.w3.org/ns/its-xliff" (with or without ending '/')? I'm asking because the its-extension is http://www.w3.org/2008/12/its-extensions
