No, but in terms of language communicating what we mean effectively, this isn’t it. If all the relevant formats support it, then we don’t need it either.

All the current ‘major’ ones I listed do, so we don’t need to say that, depending on the next point:

Well, that includes me (consulting & evaluating), and the formats we receive for reviews are (ordered by popularity):
- HTML stack (inc CSS/JS/SVG),
- Mobile apps,
- PDF, and
- ePub. (Accessible in a browser with a plugin, but that is unusual at the moment).
Flash and Silverlight haven’t figured for a long time and, as I noted before, Flash is being actively blocked by default browsers [1].
Does anyone else get different things that you would consider ‘web content’?
