I am working on this U+1824/U+1826 dotted isolate issue now.

Did you get the higher res images?

Also the translation from Professor Kuribayashi?

If you could get that for us, we would have some good standing on which to propose the addition of this new variant.

I found sample of genetive dotted U+1824 and U+1826 in old mongolian document.

I also received request from Professor Kuribayashi about dotted U+1824 and U+1826 with NNBSP.

So, it is better to have a dotted Isolate U+1824 and U+1826, I think.
