But let’s ignore the WHATWG specification and that it is incompatible but uses the same DOCTYPE identifier a while. This issue will still need to be worked out for if/when work on HTML 5.1 / HTML 6 / HTML.next is started and starts and start adding new element, change conformance requirements etc.
