I'm trying to give it as much scrutiny as possible. But the HTML spec
is huge and I am not across all the corners of the spec. This is why
I'm asking for help here.

This week, I have probably erred more on the side of merging more
rather than less. I expect to find the right balance soon, with
everyone's help.

The ones I really think are the least problematic are the ones if
feature/whatwg_patches and feature/whatwg_i18n . For all others I'm
keen on feedback.
