Re: Change Proposals and Counter-Proposals (was Re: Issues 89 through 97)

I agree.  In all these change proposals, I am much more interested in having a good summary of the entire discussion provided to the group, the pros and cons and points each way, and thereby reaching an informed consensus (I hope), than in the minutiae of the process, or one side or the other of the debate on each question.
