I agree that publishing a new Working Draft would be a good way to clarify the situation. I also think that, even though we have a way to go to resolve our issues, there's been a lot of useful progress and it would be helpful to publish again. I'd rather be ahead of the heartbeat requirement instead of butting up against the end of it. Regards, Maciej
