Yes, the "response to feedback" part at the start is about widespread review 
to improve the comparison. Review can come from anywhere, so long as I see 
it. I'll give as generous a timeframe for this as possible.

The "finished comparison document" part at the end was to express this 
review stage happens before I consider the comparison to be done.
