Hi all.

I started a thread about underlining phrase's elements, but what about 
now ? After long conversations and argumentations, the subject drifted 
to /create/ new tags about name, firstname etc. But it also drifted to 
RDFa. Decision was made to do not used RFDa, right ?
Well, I conclude that underlining phrase's elements will not be present 
in HTML 5. What decide ?
