If anyone wants to construct said tests, the relevant parts of the WHATWG 
specification are:
   (search for 'A start tag with the tag name "script"')
   ...for how to handle <script> when it is inserted
   ...for how to handle document.write()
   ...for the rules for how to handle <script>

The WHATWG spec cross-references terms, so you can easily follow where the 
parts are integrated.
