are necessary tag PACK ?

There are two reasons for existence of tag PACK:
*) It's more easy to find tag PACK by eyes,
   than to find attribute "dot" inside many tags LD
   (quantity of PACK is less, than quantity of LD)
*) Broken line can be bind in nodes, which are more than two -
   line are rotated in intermediate nodes in this case.
