andrea-perego has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/dxwg: == Creating a specific section for data citation in DCAT == Currently, there's a text about data citation in a note to [the section about `dcat:Dataset`](https://w3c.github.io/dxwg/dcat/#Class:Dataset). Considering the importance of this use case, I would suggest we move it in a specific guidance section, extending it to explain the minimal set of information to be provided.
