andrea-perego has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/dxwg:

== Including adms:identifier in class descriptions ==
`adms:identifier` is present only in the guidance section on identifiers. 

I guess it should be at least added to the section describing class `dcat:Resource` as one of its properties.
