Re: Check if the example of Best Practice 37: Cite the Original Publication is correct

We need an example of how a published dataset of some kind would 
reference another dataset that it's reusing. In the case of data 
published as a web app, the app needs to inform the user of where it 
gets its data. An example would be a web app that some civic hackers 
built to let users enter a departure location and a place they want to 
go and receive directions for how to get there via public transit. That 
app should indicate to the user where the data comes from, so that the 
user can determine whether they trust it. The memorandum is not a 
dataset nor a derivation of a dataset, so it's not an example of what 
we're talking about. Eric said he would come up with something, so let's 
see what he says.
