Re: Check if the example of Best Practice 37: Cite the Original Publication is correct

Hi Annette,

The current example shows the description of a document ("memorandum") that
references the dataset. If you'd like to describe that an application uses
a given dataset then duv:usage should be used.  So, for your example I
think it would be better to use duv:usage.

I also don't understand what do you mean by "a web app citing the data".
Could you please give an example?
