Sequencial numbering of BPs

Hi all,

I am reviewing the issue of suppressing the BP4 (because we have an entire
session about BP for data vocabularies) and if I agree in suppressing it we
will have no renumber all the BPs.

Is the sequential numbering an ideal way of identifying the BPs?
