COMURI and the BP document

Hi all,

We had a lot of discussion about the COMURI document [1], but still it is
not clear if the COMURI is gonna be part of the BP document.

I read the COMURI and I am not sure if defining a guide to have compact
mnemonic URIs is in the scope of the BP document. The BP document should
present BP for having unique identifiers for resources. However, I am not
convinced that the BP document should also propose a schema for creating
these identifiers.

If the BP document will propose a schema for creating unique identifiers,
then I suppose that the group should discuss if the COMURI is the best
option for doing this.

Unique identifiers is really an important topic of the BP document and it
would be great to have your feedback about this question!
