I believe that the meaning is made clearer by the two use cases that motivate Tracking Data Usage and Incorporate Feedback - i.e. the two requirements that are driving the usage vocab. I've therefore closed the issue. Scream if I'm wrong (after I've uploaded the latest version to GitHub).
