Hi Ghislain, Thanks for the explanation! +1 to Christophe! Maybe the granularity point can be considered just in the best practice itself, for example: for items of a collection the identifier should be preserved and for collections the identifier should be designed in a specific way (we need to say how to design the identifier). The requirement may be more general: *R-VersionURIDesign*: “Publishers should consider having a canonical way to design URIs for different versions of the resources." Then we need to make clear what resource means. We can point to an existing resource definition, for example.
