Therefore, the overflow-applies-to-013 testcase is incorrect and Opera 11.52 really passes that test. If 'overflow' was applying to [table-layout: fixed with a non-auto width] table elements, then, I think, we should be testing not just 'hidden' value but 'scroll' and 'auto' as well.
