two proposed CSS3 (or CSS2.1) test files - HTML

Attached is background image html test file, along with oval button gif
image needed to run the test (both these need to be saved in same directory
for test to work properly).  Also attached is border style html test file.
These were validated using html and css w3c validators, and naming
conventions for files should follow CSS test file format?  Tried in several
different browsers..
