two suggested CSS3 (or CSS2.1?) tests

One tests background-image and other tests border-style.  Attempted to
render in Opera, Mozilla Firefox, and IE.  Also validated using w3c CSS and
HTML validators.  Thought they were consistent with naming conventions for
CSS tests

PS - also attached the oval button gif image for the background-image test.
The oval button image needs to be saved in the same directory as the bgimage
test file for that test to work properly.
