+1 in general cel in its current form. Happy to support. I've implemented
chain-based event logs and can contribute experience there. DAG and other
approaches are definitely worth considering and comparing, and seeing what
they bring to the table in multi-stakeholder systems.

For did:nostr: self-certifying global relay network with native
cryptography and signatures. Large user base, significant funding support.
