+1 to VC Delivery

IMO Because this is going to be applying to a non-technical audience, and
we have the goal of being a truly accessible and self sovereign technology
the non-technical audience needs to understand it in order for it to work
properly. Also, if we tether it to an existing technology (HTTPS/REST etc)
it gives the impression that it has to be tethered to the technology and
that’s not necessarily the case
