I’ll also +1 this… And then point out that notarization is completely different than then audit idea being expressed here, and comes on a very specific set of laws in most parts of the world. Yes, audit should be a consideration in the VC ecosystem. However, the diagram you provided doesn't seem to touch the VC HTTP API at all. Audit seems like it has nothing to do with the VC HTTP API at present, and we should keep it out of scope until we have the base layer of the API handled. It's going to be very difficult to argue that auditing is as foundational as issuing, holding, or verifying. I strongly suggest that we put it out of scope for the VC HTTP API for at least the next 6-9 months. -- manu -- Manu Sporny - https://www.linkedin.com/in/manusporny/<https://nam04.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.linkedin.com%2Fin%2Fmanusporny%2F&data=04%7C01%7Clrosenth%40adobe.com%7Ca0c1132566504c89981708d9408c7c8b%7Cfa7b1b5a7b34438794aed2c178decee1%7C0%7C0%7C637611794466281911%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=gyQrfQXJucRbJbnpU42G5CULip7jmmHQUNJNzttapH8%3D&reserved=0> Founder/CEO - Digital Bazaar, Inc.
