DIF/DHS/CCG...

Anil, I hope your leadership and the SVIP model is something we might
adapt/extend into a broader community. There's a fairly clear need among
aligned groups (e.g. T3 Network
<https://www.uschamberfoundation.org/t3-innovation>, OET
<https://tech.ed.gov/>, etc.) for open, public infrastructure that enables
rapid/iterative prototyping and informed resource allocation.

Happy to chat further on this with those interested.
