Comment (Including rationale for any proposed change):
This is a general comment on the quick reference document. The WCAG2 guidelines appear to be complex and the quick reference document follows in the same vein. I would like to see a much shorter document - together with a document that explains the key changes from WCAG1. So far, it has been difficult for me to ascertain what the changes are, and what additional work will be involved for me, without spending a significant amount of time on this. Sorry if I have missed this information somewhere, but I feel that a much clearer and abbreviated short form of the document is essential if you want companies (small companies in particular) to follow the guidelines.

On a related point, many websites do not pay any attention to WCAG despite much higher legal requirements. Unless, the documents are short and concise with clear explanations, I don\'t see how this situation will change with WCAG2.

Proposed Change:
Make the quick reference document shorter. Provide a bulletted list of the key changes from previous guidelines.
