Hi Shawn,

Yes. That FAST work originally started in the AG Silver subgroup as part 
of the Silver project that later became WCAG3. FAST had been a W3C Team 
project prior to Silver, but the Silver Functional Needs subgroup worked 
on the original list that later got moved to FAST.

I now realize that I forgot to put the link in. Sorry.
