Re: zakim commands (also for running subgroup meetings)

Zakim is developed years ago in W3C. It's written in perl.

Ditto rrsagent.

We call them "our bots."

Short Summary: W3C has tooling inside IRC that's simply unavailable in
other environments such as an RTC app's A-I based speech recognition.

Now, what's missing in our bots? Integration to github issues would be
nice, since we're losing tracker!
