Zakim is developed years ago in W3C. It's written in perl. Ditto rrsagent. We call them "our bots." Short Summary: W3C has tooling inside IRC that's simply unavailable in other environments such as an RTC app's A-I based speech recognition. Now, what's missing in our bots? Integration to github issues would be nice, since we're losing tracker!
