Hi Jon,

some suggestions:

The advice should warn against overuse of landmarks based anecdata from
users and data from the webaim survey
http://webaim.org/projects/screenreadersurvey5/#numlandmarks

The advice on main should be the same as banner
"A page should have only one main landmark." as it is banner and main have
same usage advice in the ARIA spec
