Steve, What about this statement in the ARIA 1.1 for “banner”: Within any document<https://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria-1.1/#document> or application<https://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria-1.1/#application>, the author SHOULD mark no more than one element<https://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria-1.1/#dfn-element> with the banner role<https://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria-1.1/#dfn-role>. What do you think the design recommendation should be for “banner” and “contentinfo”?
