The glaring issue is the last entry (Implementation Information), which needs proper meat. We have to have a succinct description on how we proceed with testing, where we build up our test suites (there are several repositories around…), how we deal with the various documents, etc. The plan would be to send this text (by email) to a bunch of people and lists (see top of the text), essentially right after we have a formal decision for CR (hopefully this coming Friday).
