2a) Approve 26 January minutes

Proposed RESOLUTION:  Minutes from 26 January 2010 approved.
3) Editorial Updates

3a)  XML Signature 1.1
- per ACTION-506, updated the SOTD and editor's note around  
ECDSAwithSHA256 - caught up with results from ACTION-492 [1],  
specifically: * changed standalone schema so order of choices in  
FieldIDType matches spec * added targetNameSpace comment to  
DEREncodedKeyValue * fixed CharTwoFieldParamsType definition according  
to Magnus' input - while looking at editor's notes, unified formatting  
for various notes (that aren't editor's notes) throughout the spec.

CharTwoFieldParamsType issue - Resolved, removed W from Schema



3b) XML Security RNG Schema
RNG Schema to fix the URL for the home directory (change to config.js,  
affects all ReSpec documents), to fix the shortname, and to update the  
status section in anticipation of publishing.

Remove link for non-existent previous Rec, TBD XML Encryption section
3c) XML Security 1.1 Requirements
Reviewed and updated links. Updated XProc, EXI links, fixed bogus  
infoset link, fixed 2002 dsig links, updated 11 requirements reference  
removed change log. Fixed some standard W3C link redirects (fixed in  
xmlspec build),
3d) XML Security Requirements 2.0
Remove email references from references section.
3e) XML Signature 2.0
Add references to bibliography and update links from within document.  
These references may need revision.

Proposed RESOLUTION: The WG agrees to defer publication of the  
Algorithms Cross Reference until XML Encryption 1.1 is published.

"WG1 plans to review the "XML Security RELAXNG Schemas" draft in a F2F  
meeting in March, and will send your WG an official comment"
