CSS2.1 i18n and bidi tests for review

Cheers,

I've been working on some bidi related tests for the 2.1 testsuite, as
well as converting a few of Richard Ishida's tests for language dependent
styling to match the testsuite template. The tests are ready for review at
http://people.opera.com/eiram/test/css21/review/

Notes:

- The list tests may not be strictly valid according to spec, depending on
outcome of bullet position proposal (see
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-style/2008Jun/0349.html)

- Pass condition of bidi-first-letter-001.xht is complicated. Suggestions
on how to make it simpler are welcome. Just saying "letter" is not
descriptive enough for a non-Arabic speaker, obviously. I could
demonstrate with a force-joining character to show exactly what the blue
part should be, but that would complicate the test too, and would rely on
browser supporting forced joining which is not given.

- The first-letter spec section is a bit unclear as to what "first" really
means. In creating the tests, I have assumed "first" to mean "logical
first", which is the interpretation that seems to be implied by the text
"Similarly, if the first letter(s) of the block are not at the start of
the line (for example due to bidirectional reordering), then the UA need
not create the pseudo-element(s)."

Furthermore, it is my opinion that BTS2 must be destroyed
