Hi, the Relax-ng homepage http://www.relaxng.org/ refers to a number of validators http://www.relaxng.org/#validators as well as conversion tools from Relax-ng to other languages http://www.relaxng.org/#conversion as you will noted conversion to xml-schema is supported.
