Regular expression library

I'm looking for a library that would allow to validate a string against a 
regular expression, as defined in XML Schema part 2 - F Regular Expression.

I found that such a library exists for C, but I can't access to the website
(www.regexps.com).

Do you have information on another library (for C, C++ or ocaml) that can
help
me to perform this task ?
