HELP!!!--- SImple Type

Hi all,
Please help with this one.
I have the attached xyz.xsd and xyz.xml file. My XMLSpy3.5 says that the
file is invalid. When i used a software using the latest MSXML4.0 as well, i
got a validtion error. Can you please tell me what i have done wrong.
Also is there any other way i can limit the range of the content??
