Number of occurrences of each facet

I have probably miss something, but in the description of each facet in 
part 2, great care has been taken to describe the interaction between 
dependent facets (i.e no minInclusive if maxExclusive or minExclusive 
needs to be smaller than maxExclusive, ...) but I haven't seen the 
number of allowed occurrences for each facet.

I assume for instance that it's an error to include two occurrences of 
maxExclusive for a same restriction step, but is it written somewhere in 
the rec?

PS: this is a perfect usecase where it would have been useful to let 
children elements of xs:all have maxOccurs="unbounded" to define those 
occurrences in the schema for schema ;=) ...
