XSV and 404 errors with "*.xsd" from Jeff Rafter on 2001-03-23 (xmlschema-dev@w3.org from March 2001)

I am trying to use the latest XSV (web version) and it seems to struggle to
find my schemas online.  For example I have:

http://xml.definedsys.com/schema/element2.xsd

But XSV can't find it--

Target: http://xml.definedsys.com/schema/element2.xsd
   (Real name: http://xml.definedsys.com/schema/element2.xsd
    Length: 3243 bytes
    Server: Microsoft-IIS/5.0)
The target was not assessed

It seems to struggle with ".xsd" documents.  If I rename them to ".xml"
files everything starts working.  Is this a problem with XSV or with my
Server config?
