reporting constraint violations

In the document "XML Schem Part 1" there is a list in appendix C which lists
names that should be used for reporting schema errors.  Somehow I found a
lot of constraints for which there were no names listed, especially for
violations
in the data structures area.  How would I for example report the constraint
vio-
lation if the given value for the constraining facet "scale" is greater than
"preci-
sion"? Am I missing something or are there no names for the violations in
the 
data types document like in the structures document?
