Validating with xerces-c

Hi,
Microsoft's XML validator says that my document is valid and
well-formed, I am even able to load it on IE5. However the xerces-c
parser does not validate my instance document. I am not able to know
what the problem could be. If anyone has some experience with this
please let me know.
