Is there a definitive instance validator that uses W3C Rec schemas?

If not when are we likely to see one, or will we have to rely on commercial
validators?

and finally, what commercial validators are there (for instances against
schema - NOT for validating schemas). If people email me the latter directly
I'll post a summary.
