Hack: dictionaries were certainly books. Some phip make up the term meta which they thought they can separate meta and the real world, HA, no one really could. 1. Give a definition of book, then dictionary will certainly fit it. 2. If dictionary is not book, then what is book? HTML succeed only because it is simple, xml do not have this! NOT namespace!!!! This is an ultimate goal, no one would succeed! You see EDI You see relational db you may found it in xml also, especially in namespace!!!!
