Candidate Rec changes - Ed

Here are my changes (mainly typos except for 3.5.1):

Section 1.4:  Change "Versign" to "VeriSign"

Section 2.1:  Align XML example properly

Section 2.1.5: Change "can not" to "cannot"

Section 3.5.1: For the paragraph starting with "CarriedKeyName is an optional element...", append the sentence "Note that because whitespace is significant in the value of the ds:KeyName element, whitespace is also significant in the value of the CarriedKeyName element".

Section 5.9.1: Add a period to the end of the last paragraph.
